Mobility is a key factor in getting stronger and more fit, and is unfortunately often overlooked. This class will focus on holding poses much longer than you traditionally would in yoga, allowing for the deepest stretch possible in your hips, glutes, lower back, and inner thigh.
General Mobility Class Description:
Take the time while under quarantine to refocus on the building blocks of health and fitness. Mobility is a key factor for success and day to day safety and movement. With this class we will focus on holding poses much longer than you traditionally would in yoga. Poses will be held from 1-4 min. each, allowing for the deepest stretch possible. These classes are short and sweet ranging from 15-30 min.
Today’s mobility class will focus on opening up the hips, glutes, upper back, lats, triceps and shoulders.
Dragon Pose: 3 min on each side
Lizard Pose: 3 min on each side
Puppy Dog Pose: 3 min
Saddle Archer: 2 min each side
Corpse Pose: 3-5 min
